Message	But I want to know if I've created other potential problems by not venting exhaust heat(eg. damaged cats), so please weigh-in with any advice. I installed this on my NA 2+2. Picked-up this SS pipe from JC Whitney - fits perfectly in B&B's tips & fabricated these baffles. There are some small openings between welds to allow exhaust to flow through. And a small screw holding each baffle in place & I left a small lip on each end so I could easily pull them out with pliers. I tested Two different baffle configurations: 1st Pass - installed all four baffles. Results - probably the same as shoving four potatoes in there. It's quieter than stock and some exhaust fumes enter the cabin. 2nd Pass - installed one baffle in each muffler. Results - Not quite stock sound, just a very low tone inside the cabin. I do have a 2" layer of acoustic foam under the rear cargo areas carpet, but I don't think it's necessary anymore.
